I have an appointment, where should I go?

First consultation (first time visit): go to the 6^th floor and register with the main reception, immediately on your right.

Please come 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your appointment so that we can prepare your file.

Don’t forget your insurance card(s) (basic and supplementary if different).

If you already have a file with us and are coming for a new issue: go to the 6^th floor and register with the main reception, immediately on your right.

Please come 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your appointment so that we can check your file and make any changes which may be necessary.

If you are coming for follow-up treatment, a check-up or a dressing: go to the 6^th floor and register with the central reception area, following the corridor on the left (waiting room B).

If you are coming for occupational therapy treatment: go to the 6^th floor and register with the main reception, immediately on your right.

If you have an appointment for an operation at rue des Bains, 35: register directly with the Operating Room reception, with entrance on the ground floor.

If your operation is scheduled at another facility/clinic: follow the instructions on the form which has been given to you.
